Yes. QuickClockin is currently free with no subscription, no expiring trial, and no credit card required. Time tracking, projects, mileage, reports, and mobile access are included.

Open QuickClockin, tap Clock In, and select a project if needed. When you finish working, tap Clock Out. Your work session is securely saved to your account.

Today QuickClockin is available in two ways: the web app, which opens in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and the native iPhone app on the App Store. There is no native Android app yet — it is planned and will be developed later. On an Android phone you can use the web app in the browser.

Select a project when you clock in. QuickClockin records the time associated with that project and includes it in your reports.

Yes. You can filter your records by project or date range and export reports in PDF or CSV format.

Most users can create an account and begin tracking their time within a few minutes.

QuickClockin is designed for self-employed professionals, freelancers, independent contractors, owner-operators, and volunteers tracking their own hours — anyone who needs a simple way to track their own work hours, projects, mileage, and reports.

Yes. QuickClockin uses secure connections, protected authentication, and modern security practices to help protect your account and work records. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional details.

Go to the Forgot password page, enter your account email, and we'll send a secure reset link valid for one hour. If the link expires, request a new one. Your Login ID will also be included in the email.

Yes. You can record mileage with your work sessions and include it in your reports.

Yes, you can do it yourself at any time. Open Settings, find Delete My Account, and type DELETE to confirm. Your account and all of your time tracking data are removed permanently and this cannot be undone. If you would rather we handle it, email support@quickclockin.com from the email address associated with your account.

No. QuickClockin currently supports one user per account.
